Selected projects and responsibilities

A few examples of the work I have led.

My work has ranged from greenfield development and regulated gas infrastructure to company building and business transformation. The examples below cover different stages of that journey and the responsibilities I have carried.

01Greenfield development

Jyväskylä hydrogen station

Led the development of Finland's first hydrogen refuelling station. No established permitting process existed for a project of this kind, so technical, safety and regulatory questions had to be worked through with the authorities from the outset. I led planning, site development, permitting and stakeholder coordination until the project was fully permitted. Completion responsibility was then transferred to Cefmof under a jointly agreed arrangement, and the station is now operational.

02Company building

HydRe: concept to acquisition

Co-founded and led a Finnish hydrogen infrastructure developer. Built the first project network, partnerships and market position before Norwegian Hydrogen acquired the company in 2023.

Critical gas infrastructure

Led Uusimaa operations covering transmission and distribution networks, refuelling stations, customer projects and 24/7 emergency response—with end-to-end responsibility for people, safety, customers and financial performance.

Carve-out without disruption

Helped replace the operational, financial, HR, safety and IT systems of a newly independent 120-person company in six months while maintaining business continuity.
